Mini zucchini bread

  • 1/4 WW flour
  • 1/2 quick oats
  • 3 tbsp wheat cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup egg white
  • 1/3 cup almond breeze
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
bake for 25-30 min at 350F. End result? a very moisturized bread

Jam, you can replace it with white flour. :)
