It's a plate of 3 kinds of noodles, one with pesto, one with hummus and the other one with Chinese style pork
ingredients:
for pesto:
- 1 big handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of Parmesan
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- S+P
blend everything until smooth
for hummus:
- 1/3 cup of chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- S+P
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
blend everything until smooth
for the Chinese style pork
- 1 pieces of pork (any kind)
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp sauce soy
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup water
put everything in a pot and cook on low for 30 min.
Cook the noodle, separate it in 3 portions and mix with the sauce.
