Carrot mayonnaise

  • 8 oz. cooked carrot with its liquid
  • 8 oz. steamed butternut squash
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • salt
Pour all four ingredients until smooth. The quantity of cooking liquid will depend on how liquid you want the mayonnaise, you can add it little at the first and add more if you want.
It's a perfect mayonnaise to add to the balanced plate, any other salad and sauce for pasta.
