Serves 3
- 6 layers of lasagna pasta cooked
- 4-5 cups of steamed broccoli blended
- tomato sauce 2-3 cups.
- part-skim mozzarella
- nutritional yeast
- S+P
First pour a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of pasta (2), pour the blended broccoli, add nutritional yeast.
Then add the second layer of pasta and repeat.
Pour the rest of tomato sauce and the mozzarella.
Bake for 45 min at 350F.
