Option 1: steamed kabocha
Option 2: kabocha parfait
- 1 layer of yogurt
- 1 layer of frozen blueberries
- 1 layer of mashed kabocha

Option 3:
ricotta-kabocha holes- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1/3 cup mashed kabocha
- 2 tbsp stevia
- unsweetened coconut flakes
Mixed the first three ingredients and make little bowls with hands. Cover it with coconut flakes.

Although option 2 and 3 are easy to make and yummy, my favorite way to have kabocha is still the simplest steamed kabocha!
