Thanks to veggiegirl I could change the background of my blog, hope you guys like it.
This morning I felt so relaxed (8.5 hours of sleep), it's like Sunday for me. I heated soaked (oatbrans & steel cuts) on the microwave, but I wasn't sure I wanted to add to my oatmeal. When the oats are ready, I just added vanilla and a tbsp of flaxseed meal but I still couldn't decide and suddenly a brilliant idea came.... I always wanted to try non-sweet oatmeal, inspired by Kath, Jennifer and others. So, I went for it (always listen to my body). I put the poach egg maker that I haven't used for a long time, I was running out with egg, so I put only egg white (like Jennifer), a pinch of salt.
this is when they were making
meanwhile I had a 1/3 of kashi cereals (I began to feel hungry after 12 hours of no-food) and cup of coffee as usual.
waiting waiting!!! Oh~ I received these fiber one samples yesterday, so excited to try them!
Okay, my cuttie eggs are done!
Now, the assembling part. I put the oatmeal in the base, second layer was a big tbsp of cottage cheese, then a tbsp of wheatberries, the egg, some tomatoes sauce, splash of basil and parmesean cheese!!!
oh~~~~~~it's soooooooooo good!! yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!
I'm so happy~~~~ ^_^
One thing that I noticed since I blog is that I put more effort to make my life with more joys and pleasures. Because I give myself time to think how to make my meals, workouts, snack more enjoyable.
