Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 oz melted butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts (I used almonds and walnuts)
- 2/3 cup confectioner sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 oz. dark chocolate
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- mix flour, cocoa, sugar, coconut in a big bowl. Add the melted butter and nuts and stir until well combined. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan. Bake for 20 min and let it cool.
- stir the chocolate, confectioner sugar and milk in a bowl over a saucepan of simmerng water until melted.
- spread 2 over the base and top with nuts.
- let it cool for an hour before cutting.
