baked fish and rice salad

The oatmeal never lets me down... I didn't feel hungry all morning but still I had a cup of almond breeze.

For lunch I prepared fish (marinated in ginger powder, cooking wine and soy sauce), I baked it together with one sweet onion. I found bamboo rice in my pantry that I've never used.

So, I prepared it as the instruction but I don't like plain rice, so I made a warm rice salad.
4 serving:
  • 1 cup of bamboo rice
  • 2 cup of mushrooms (any kind! I used mushroom festival that I had left)
  • soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • S+P
Voila! it looks fabulous and taste even better!
The fish came out really good, sweet onion is magic, it gives flavor and sweetness. I also had sprouts and cherry tomatoes with TJ's raspberry dressing.

Dessert was aduki beans (I love it plain with sugar)
