veggie pizza, veggie soup~~~

This afternoon I spend time re-reading magazines, checking out recipes, interesting articles. I have to many magazines that I don't know what to do with them.....they just piled up and up.... So, I want to get rid of them, cutting down those articles that I need.... is this a good strategy? What do you guys do with all those magazines that you've already read?
Meanwhile, I had 1/2 cup of fage with cinnamon.
And then, I made a sammie's messy. 1/2 banana, 1/3 cottage cheese and 1/2 Tj's high fiber cereal. mmmmmmmm.....perfect afternoon snack
I met with a friend later afternoon...had some good chat! I find so enjoyable having a good conversation with someone who can really understand me and care about me, and at the same I feel the same for him. This joy of life is so important for us... it's not the same kind of happiness that I find chatting with family or bf. But it is also sad to know that friendship might not last forever. When you don't live at the same city, when your life have no activity in common, when your life path diverges, unfortunately you loose contact with them or even if you don't, you just don't have more common interests to talk about. It happened to me a couple of times before and I really got sad then. But now, I learned to let it happen, because it is so natural, just as leaves turn yellow in autumn. Maybe you are not agree with me and you think that friendship lasts forever. Then I'd say so lucky you are. However, this means that I enjoy more now that I know nothing lasts forever, so I appreciate present and do not postpone anything that I can do right now for people that I love and care about into future.

Okay back to food.....tonight I made again tortilla pizza! Savanna never tried it before and really loved it. I also made a vegetable chili (fridge-cleaning process continued) with celery, potatoes, tomatoes, zucchinis, 1/2 canned tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato paste and 1 can of pinto beans. Seasoned with S+P, goya zafron seasoning and some gram marsala.

wanna a bite?
So colorful, so healthy, so yummy, perfect for friday's dinner!
Dessert was the other 1/2 fage plus cinnamon. Sorry that I'm getting boring with dessert..I just love this combo.

great pizza!

as far as old magazines go; i cut out all the recipes/articles and put them in a binder i organize according to recipe category...i have three binders...LOL!

and I understand you on the friendship thing. I had def had my fair share of friends that have come and gone, but then again, i have always had my best friend, even if we did grow apart over the years; we're always here for each other no matter what, over 19 years after we first met!

have a fab night!

I can identify with lots of what you said about friends. It does seem that people come in and out of life depending on what we're doing - but I think it's supposed to be that way, you know?

i love what you wrote about friends - i used to fret about losing touch with friends, but it is so true - that we all go our different ways, and it's ok for people to come in and go out of our lives. and i think the people i'm meant to know for life, are sticking :D

love the fage & cinnamon! and the pizza!!!!!! yes i want a bite!!

I agree totally about friends- conversation with a good friend is a must-have in life... I don't know what I'd do without coffee dates and walk&talks... it's so great to get out whats on your mind and have some one else genuinely understand and care!!
I second Caitlin... I need me some greek yogurt now!
