Hi lovely people!!! Remember when I said last time that I was not worried about getting a new apt after they mis-offered me a wrong apt and got me too excited for one night? Well.... they just offered me another one this Tuesday and I'm moving in this Saturday (Actually I'll get the key today, so I might begin to clean and move small stuffs by myself and my friends will help to move the furniture and tons of books this Saturday). I didn't say it in my last post because I wasn't 100% yet, but you smart people must have wondered about it because of the question I asked yesterday. ^_^
So, let me do a quick recap of yesterday eats so I can get moving... tons of things to do!!!

Moving advice? Be as organized as possible! It will make unpacking so much easier :)
Good luck with the move!!
ooh coco good luck with the move! my advice? label everything!
For moving, pack everything in an organized fashion so it's easier to unpack!
Label all the boxes, and pack all the most imp stuff together. That way,the least important things(like curios, etc)can be unpacked later:)
Good luck-can't wait to see the pics of the new apt!
I love those little turkey burgers!
Congrats on the apartment! When we moved I wrapped all my hung clothes in bedsheets with them still on the hanger. When we got to the new house, I just hung them right back up and removed the sheet!
congrats on the new digs! you should show us how you end up decorating it. really, butternut squash and greek yogurt? sounds different but as with most things i bet it tastes good! my best moving advice is leave all the hanging clothes on hangers and folded ones in drawers and just move them as they are so you don't refold/rehang. have fun with the move :)
good luck with the move!
the ricotta cheesecake looks so amazing. I want some! :-)
my advice for moving: label your boxes generically but also write what each contains on the outside...makes it a whole lot easier to find things!
oh my gosh, I'm moving too! Tomorrow actually. I'm getting tired of moving every year for the past 7 years, but hopefully after this one into our first home, it will be awhile. It's been so hectic with finals, working, packing, painting, flooring and crown molding, I'm pooped and we haven't even moved yet! Good luck with everything, I would say my best advice is to have lots of help and not to get worried about everything being in disarray. There has been no time for labeling and packing things all nice. I like to have things in order, so this is always out of my comfort zone and I can't wait to be settled again. Can't wait to see the new place!

Good luck with the move! I love yogurt and kabocha (I had some last night, even though I'm trying not to eat dairy - but I have a few containers left so I'm eating them slowly).
Moving advice - get friends to help!! It will make it so much faster.
Everytime I look at that cheesecake, I drool a little ;)
Roasted butter nut squash and greek yogurt?? man oh man, so creative!
Hey you! My one tip about moving would be…watch out NOT to strain your back! Take breaks and use a cart/moving dolly so you can put heavy boxes on them!! SO important!! Good luck on the move CoCo, I want pretty apartment pictures!
Wow how great a cook can you get? Homemade everything??? That’s really awesome. I love the butternut squash with greek yogurt idea!!! It looks so good, but I’m not sure if I’d love it. It’s also brilliant of you to make your own mashed butternut squash to use in oats because that is SO expensive in stores!! Great job hon, you are on your way to starting a restaurant for sure!
Hello lovely Coco! You're moving this Saturday? Wow - so soon! Breakfast looks good. I like that you used butternut squash puree. Very inventive! I'm always trying to find new ways to squeeze some vegetables into breakfast!
Your 10 min lunch looks fantastic! I looovvve roasted vegetables very much!
I really need to make some more ricotta cheesecake... Or try butternut squash with yogurt! Wow!
Also, thank you so much for yur kind and thoughtful reply to one of my last posts. I think you are right - trying hard to be positive can be counter productive! It's ok to feel down, and acknowledge it.
Have a great day hun!
Good luck with the move! My advice - Don't pack necessities like a toothbrush and contact solution in unmarked boxes. Not that I would know that from experience :-)
Hope the move goes well! Love the butternut squash creation.
good luck with the move!! you are genius with the bnut & yogurt :)
congrats on the move! it's gonna be busy, but I hope everything goes smoothly for you!
advice on moving: befriend some good, strong, muscular guys to do all the work for you!
label all your boxes on top and on the sides! makes for easier unpacking!!! lesson learned!
You make me crave that flax porridge more and more every day!
You are genius! I absolutley love your eats today! I AM OBSESSED WITH THOSE CANDIES! Are those grape or kiwi flavor?!
My advice: No matter how tempting it is, don't put all your books in one box!
that snack/dessert looks wonderful! squash is so good in desserts.
as for moving advice, i'd say to pack stuff together that you want to unpack together (i.e., all kitchen stuff in a box)...that way it will make moving in much simpler!
oh i think i see a hello kitty humidifier in the background!? glad the apt situation worked out for you! i have nooo moving advice, i'm just horrible at it, so i'll just stick to saying good luck :D
wow how exciting!! i hope it won't be too stressful. i can't give you any advice - i am the WORST when it comes to packing, unpacking, tidying, and generally being organised. i am rubbish at it! you'll be just fine i'm sure :)
p.s. gorgeous food - reeeally want to make your cheesecake!
So glad you got the apartment situation figured out! Good luck with the move. I'm with Pearl- label EVERYTHING! It will make unpacking that much easier. Those mini turkey burgers are adorable- what a good idea
good luck with the movee!!! i always have a hard time organizing when I pack but its SO SO helpful. can't wait to hear about the new apt :)
Awesome! Good luck moving!
Definitely pack in an organized fashion and label it! You will thank yourself when you unpack! :-)
Fab looking meals!!
Just curious, what is the clear gelatinous little beads that are mixed with your spinach in your lunch photo?
