I didn't realize it until I finished teaching this morning. And once I realized it, I couldn't work anymore!!! hahaha...... working at Friday's afternoon is so hard. So, I didn't even try to work..... just took the half day off. Did some errands, search some recipes that I want to make. Nothing exciting but relaxing! ^_^
Thanks for the suggestion for gifts. I know it's hard to recommend for gifts, it's so personal. But every time that I go back home I want to buy gifts for my family, and it's always hard to pick the right one. I guess I'll just go to malls and see what catch my attention.
EATS
Breakfast was the same combo as yesterday.

EATS
Breakfast was the same combo as yesterday.
- 1/4 cup multigrain
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/2 cup almond breeze
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1/4 cup egg white
- vanilla+pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp wheat berries
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
Couldn't taste the pumpkin spice, maybe I should add more. But I love the apple in my oats! ^_^
I went to the 8am spin class today since I'm seeing you guys getting up at 5am to go to the gym, so I want to get that great morning workout too! It was a 45min class. My stat
Duration: 43 min
Average Heart Rate: 146
Maximum: 165
Calories burned: 269
When I finished teaching at 12am I was starvinggggggggg (no morning snack and the workout). Lunch MUST be quick. Heat leftover baked salmon with onions, some frozen veggies and rice.
It was delicious!!! I devoured it in less than 15 min! I think I'm always eating too fast, maybe I should chew more times! How long do you guys spend in each meal?
Dessert was ginger. Yummy~~~~Afternoon snacks: cranberries+pumpkin seeds; orange and pita bread (these are my latest favorite snack).Oh... as you can see, I went to manicure this afternoon.
I and Savannah went to Pier 1 to get more bowls. Finally I got one holiday season bowl!!! You'll see it tomorrow for my oatmeal! ^_^
I feel bloated today so didn't want a complex dinner. Throw some chili with baby spinach and frozen okra. More pita and some homemade hummus. Simple dinner was ready in <15min.Dessert was Ricotta + frozen strawberries + wheat berries. How's everyone today?? What's your weekend plan? I don't have any yet.... maybe some more baking?!
