I didn't sleep well last night again, woke up at 4.30am, went back to sleep until 5.30am, got up, had breakfast and went back to sleep for another hour. But when I got up for the second time, I still felt tired. I think since I didn't work last 3 days and began to relax myself, my accumulated stress and tension caught me finally. But, I don't care, because I'm going home tomorrow!!!!
Today was a sunny day here in MD, but I just wanted it to be over soon. SO ANXIOUS!!!!
Breakfast
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup raspberries and blackberries
- 2 tbsp flax meal
Another Holy Yum!!! Fresh berries are so good! They're pretty, delicious and have tons of antioxidants!!! My last few bites.....mmmmmmm...... yummie!
oh.... I had two cups of kamut puffs earlier when I was checking your blogs.
After some errands at home, I went to the gym. I haven't workout for last two days and my body was craving a good sweaty workout. Before the workout, some fuel. A muffin
I did 5.2 miles on the treadmill (an hour) between running, walking and climbing. I felt great after that.
Back home, assembled a quick lunch with last few edibles. Baked portabella (marinated in soy sauce, S+P and sesame oil) egg salad (2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, canola oil, mustard, S+P) frozen veggies and a Tj's muffin.It was delicious and very filling. I was really stuffed, so for dessert I only had half blueberries muffin.
Finished packing, did laundry, update my ipod preparing for the longggggggggg flight (15 hours from Atlanta to Shanghai.) My bags are way to heavy, so I spent an hour trying to put everything in it and to not over-weight. I don't know why, I go to home twice a year, but my bags are always so heavy hitting the limit of 50 lbs each one. I guess it's because I love buying gifts for my family ^_^
A late PM snack (since lunch was so filling): kamut puffs (2-3 cups) with almond breeze chocolate. It was a huge bowl, double the size of my usual portion. (I had to finish them, otherwise they'll going to get bad in 6 weeks). Yes, I'm going home for SIX WEEKS!!!! jajjja..... are you jealous of me?
No official dinner after the big lunch and big snack, so I made another bowl of leftovers: fage+an apple and cinnamon. The perfect messy eat to finish my day ^_^
okay. I need to go to bed soon because I'll have to get up at 3am. My flight is 6am from DC to Atlanta and then direct flight to Shanghai. Hopefully I'll get home by Tuesday morning US time.

oh.... Does anyway know any website to design menus and labels? I want to print menu for my party and have no idea where to find the format/design for it.
