Sunday is the official work-free day for me. (horay!!! ^_^) So, as you might imagine it flew by tooooo fast! I went to 90 min vinyasa class at the morning (the new instructor didn't push me hard enough); went to a chinese market for groceries; back home at 2pm (starving); spent the whole afternoon cooking for next week so I don't have to eat more frozen meal; went to the gym with a friend for 30 min on the Elliptical; got back for a delicious meal and finally went to bed at 9.30pm for some leisure readings!
Now, pics
Breakfast: black rice and aduki beans porridge + GYG + dried spicy pumpkinit was a huge bowl that hold me until 2pm.
Snack was Baby MUM MUM on the road.
Lunch: frozen meal + burned squash + mini peppers (love these, so sweet)Me cooking and chatting with my friend Qiao (she's the funniest girl I've ever met! )PM snack: 1/2 HUGE orange (I put the apple to show you how big it was) and POM tea.Dinner: baked salmon + caramelized onions + steamed broccoli with BBQ sauce.Delicious everything!!!!!
Scrumptious dessert: fage + frozen blueberries + wheat berries.Sorry that this post is short and mediocre, although I had a fabulous day!!! It's Monday and I overslept again, so I'd better get moving and go to work with full of energy! ^_^ Have a great week everyone!
Question: How's monday for you? Do you feel recharged after the weekend or it's hard to get back to work?
