Day 6: Double working hard, Eating Hard and Enjoying Hard! ^_^

Hey there!!~~~~ I'm updating my eats from day 6. Needless to say they were FABULOUS!!!
Double working hard means working hard on my research (consistent 8-9 hours a day thanks to eating out 3 meals a day, have housemaid to do the cleaning, laundry and other errands and have a stress reliever besides me. ^_^ I'm so much more productive having this life style!) and working hard my body. Don't misinterpret this! I mean workout hard in the gym. I missed so much fitness group classes in Argentina. They are intense, fun and focus on lower body. (Argentinian girls know how to take care about themselves and pay especial attention to butt and thigh). Usually I go to jog 20 min on the treadmill and then attend to either EntrenaMix (cross workout) and Fight-Do (the best boxing class I know), both are 1 hour long.
Now let me show you how I eat hard a enjoy hard with self explained pics! ^_^
Breakfast (the usual combo)
Lunch at veg restaurant: big salad with beet, cauliflower, green peas, butternut squash, all in the squash sauce. And a canelones filled with ricotta cheese and spinach
Dinner at one of the most etiquette restaurant in Buenos Aires. I had the most expensive plate in the menu!
appetizer: cold tomato soup
toast with ham and orange zest
fav basket of fresh baked breads and toasts
pate de foi
very tasty!
my main dish: Spain octopus directly imported from Spain. $220 (u$s 70) It was the most delicious food I had this year so far!!!! soooooo tender!!! soooooo tasty!!!!! It was expensive but totally worth it!
Star had ravioli
Dessert: parfait of mango
and plate of petit fours
Let me end this short post with a pic of ME and Star (taken in the elevator). I had to run now to a private farm house! ^_^
Have a nice weekend everyone! ^_^ More pics to come soon!

WOW I am so jealous! I love octopus... totally worth it. Women outside the US do take much better care of themselves. I wish I could try those classes!
