More weekend please!~

Sunday flew by as usual but I totally enjoyed it. Had a 90 min power vinyasa session; went to two malls to find the new sony mini laptop for a friend, not for me; did some cooking for the 3 days and half left until my trip to Argentina; some great talk with my friend and helped her with her midterm... and Sunday was over!
Breakfast: oat bran and fresh blueberries! 1/2 c. oat bran, 1/2 c. almond milk, vanilla/cinnamon, egg white and GYG.As I knew I was going to have a late lunch: I packed an apple and a TrueDelight bar. Breakfast and snack hold me until 3pm when I had my lunch: I have Double of: sauteed bamboo with shitake and bok choy & sausage porridge.Dessert: mochi + minis.I spent two hours cooking... what would you do if you have a dozen of eggs and only 3.5 days left? Well..... Mini Quiches was my solution. I used frozen spinach, corns, grounded onion, mozzarella and EGGs of course to make a dozen of quiches. ^_^ I also made two kinds of spread for wraps. you'll see them later.
When I was in Qiao's home, we had: dry apple rings, dry pears, from Tj's both and oranges! A really good fruit overload.
Dinner: sauteed bok choy with broccoli slow, grilled shrimp, ancient Chinese egg with zucchini and one quiche.A good selection right?
Dessert: Tj's 0% Greek yogurt and blueberries. I felt bloated too with 0%. I guess I'm kind of lactose intolerant.

Ahh, love the blueberries. Mini quiches sound great!

I like not wearing heavy coats and being outside in the spring/summer!

Thanks for the link back to my contest! Good luck! :-)

I agree with more weekend indeed!! The more the merrier!!! hahahah

Wow I've never eaten a mini quiche, but i don't like the flavor of strong cheeses at all!!! I think Asians are more likely to be lactose intolerant....maybe that's why you're always feeling funny after too much dairy products. Try switching to soy yogurt and see if your tummy feels better!!!

Coco i will miss you when you go on your trip...wahhh

I really love flowers and trees in bloom :)

I made a yummy yogurt-type thing with soft tofu, almond milk, and some PB2. I also put a dash of salt, some cinnamon, and vanilla. You could try that instead of fage!

hey coco!
this is the website that my boyfriend got my miffy stuff
http://event.rakuten.co.jp/borderless/index_en.html

you'd have to pay international shipping though since it's from japan. but type in miffy in the search engine and you get all the stuff
