interview & more chinese eats in China ^_^

Melissa @Trying to Heal picked me for an interview:
1. If you could turn into an animal, what would it be and why?
" I'd be a cat because I feel part of me have its "personality". I like being alone sometimes, I enjoy observing the world from my little world, I need to be free to do whatever I want. "
2. What would be your ultimate outdoor adventure?
"Rock climbing definitely. I've only tried indoor climbing and love it. I guess the next stage would be outdoor rock climbing, where more physical and mental strength will be needed."
3. If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
"well... this question could be answered by any of my readers: PUMPKIN!"
4. Dream vacation means unlimited money: Where would you go?
"5 years ago I'd have said Greece, Egypt, Paris, etc.... Now my answer would be anywhere my family and my lovely bf are. I don't know why, but living apart from them the last two years and half made me closer to them actually. I enjoy and appreciate more every single day with them. So, wherever they are, is heaven for me! "
5. Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
" Maybe this sounds weird (since most of people would say: my father, my grand-father, my professor, etc), but for me the most influential person in my life is my boyfriend. I know that I was different before meeting him, before letting him get into my life. I was shy, pessimistic, selfish, considered a bad person by myself. And he is the kindest, most optimistic, most open minded person I've ever met. His kindness to the world opened my eye and changed my way to enjoy this life. I'm not afraid about future anymore, I learned how to appreciate myself and to care my loved ones."
To play along:

1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me." If a few people want interviews, I will randomly pick 2.

2. I will respond by emailing you five questions. (I get to pick the questions).

3. You will update your blog with the answers to the questions

4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview others in the same post.

5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.

What a fun interview! When you leave China do you miss the food?

When I am tired I love to just lay down on the couch and watch TV.

yay i always love your posts for content ANNND great eats of course! I especially loved the answer to question 5. Everyone needs someone so optimistic and caring and I'm so glad you found someone like your boyfried! I feel the same way about mine. :)

I get my matcha powder from Taiwan. Literally. *sigh* I have to go bad on a plane, load up, and come back with a suitcase of it. You can get 'em at whole foods but they cost way too much!!!
