hard start but smooth ending for the day!

As the title says, I had a hard start of my day. Woke up at 4am!!! I had headache all day long! I know this is insane, I know it's because of the over-work, I wish I had 26 hours per day to be able to work 10 hours, sleep 8 hours and 8 hours for the rest which is healthy-enhancing. Anyway, I'm not the only grad student who suffers this, Erin has been having trouble as I do. So, at least, I'm not the only one. I'm serious thinking/finding natural remedies for this problem. I'll let you guys know when I found something useful.
Despite the headache, I managed to do a 60 min vinyasa flow #3, which made the headache go away for few moments.
Breakfast (to be creative and in-theme for V-day): black rice porridge + oatmeal + sunny hearty egg + mozzarella + tomato sauce + dash of dry basil + 1 spoon of GYGAM snack: mochi filled with chestnut filling + tea latte made with powdered soy milk and tea bagcan you see my study-buddy? she's so cute!
Lunch: another sandwich with a spread made with 1/4 c. squash and 1 tbsp mustard, spinach and 2 slices of roasted turkey.Another apple with AB.PM snack: chocolatesblueberries+yogurt+granolaWent to the gym for a nice 45min on the Elliptical machine for some magazine reading (it's the only time I can find to do some leisure reading). Very nice! My headache completely went away (oppssss.... too late to help my work productivity).
Dinner: stir-fry rice (the best ever!!!). For 4 cups
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 2 cups of broccoli slaw
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped eggplant
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 packet of Goya seasoning with saffron
  • S+P
look the amazing color...and it tastes great!!!
I had 2 cups of it together with leftover sauteed greens and duck-feet yam soup.ohhhhhhh.........I was full and satisfied! ^_^
30 min later, time for dessert: a messy delish! :D baked squash + chocolate PB.All squash and PB lovers, you really need to try this!!!
Great workout+delicious dinner+"messy dessert"= smooth ending of my day!
I haven't receive gift from my secret cupid yet! I'm so curious of what will it be! ^_^
Question: What's your plan for the V-day? I haven't thought mine yet since I don't have my bf here, but I have few amazing girlfriends, I hope we can celebrate it together.
