I have tried it...Amaranth is very very interesting. I have tried it a few times, as it is a common breakfast grain in macrobiotic cooking. I like it (there are some good recipes with dried apricots), but it definitely isn't my favourite! Definitely not as creamy as oats or millet.<br /><br />I am such a bookworm. I could read for hours!
